1. Membership and Conduct

• Respect Others: Members must treat others with respect and avoid offensive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior. Harassment, hate speech, and trolling are strictly prohibited.
• Relevant Topics: Discussions and content should be relevant to the group’s purpose, including Go (Baduk), OGS tools, Doulet Media projects, and AI-related content.
• No Spamming: Posting unsolicited advertisements, irrelevant links, or excessive promotional content is not allowed.
• Follow OGS Rules: All activities within the group must comply with the OGS Terms of Service.

2. Tournament Participation Rules

• Private Tournaments: Some tournaments, such as this one, are not open for general participation. These tournaments are designated for Group Administrator testing purposes only.
• Warning and Expulsion Policy:
  • If a user joins and is expelled from a private tournament twice, they will be expelled from the group entirely.
  • Repeat offenses after expulsion will result in further consequences, including potentially making the group private, requiring admin approval for membership, and banning the user permanently.

3. Contributions and Collaboration

• Content Sharing: Members are encouraged to share ideas, tools, and resources. Ensure that shared content complies with copyright laws and is appropriately credited.
• Feedback and Suggestions: Constructive feedback on Doulet Media projects is welcome, but it must remain polite and actionable.

4. Privacy and Security

• Personal Information: Do not share sensitive personal information about yourself or others within the group.
• Third-Party Tools: Be cautious about sharing links or tools. Use trusted sources only.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

• Moderation Rights: Doulet Media admins and moderators reserve the right to delete inappropriate content and take action against members who violate these terms.
• Expulsion Rules:
  • Participation in unauthorized tournaments will result in warnings or expulsion based on the infraction.
  • Expulsion decisions are at the sole discretion of the admin team.
• Suspensions or Bans: Members who repeatedly break rules may be temporarily or permanently removed from the group.
